Are clicks raw or unique?

Clicks are unique clicks within a 24h period.

Example:

If a customer clicks on a link, he gets a 30-day cookie and we count 1 click. If he clicks again within the next 24h, we will not count the click again but we will count it after that and it will reset the 24h period again.
